When it comes to sheer drinkability, almost nothing comes close to the glory of a classic Chablis. That ultra-fresh acidity, gently creamy texture and the unmistakeable whiff of seashells all adds up to a glorious expression of Chardonnay.

For that quintessential Chablis experience, it's hard to go past a wine like this Geoffroy Petit Chablis, with its classic soft acidity and the perfect minerality too.

Delicious Chablis at a very very fair price.

How's it taste?

Gently floral, it's a vibrant, lemony style with that trademark tang thanks to the Kimmeridgian limestone soils, all finishing with life-affirming acidity.

How was it made?

A traditional Chablis from a 112 acre family-owned estate that that dates back to 1850. 100% Chardonnay, matured on lees in stainless steel tank.

Who made it?

Domaine Alain Geoffroy, located in The village of Beine, near Chablis, produces, harvests and sells white and red wines made from Chardonnay or Pinot Noir grapes. Honoré Geoffroy developed the vineyards over the villages of Beine and La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, around 1850. Alain Geoffroy expanded the property and took it to the level of an Estate. A worthy heir to previous generations, he commited to keeping the traditional family character. Today they have 50 hectares of vineyards throughout the Chablis region, including several parcels of 1er Cru vines. The wines of Alain Geoffroy are immediately recognisable by their finesse, their minerality and their long and detailed finish.
