How was it made?
Fermentation with controlled temperature at 18 ° C in stainless steel tanks, for 3-6 weeks. Malolactic. In some tanks, there is a maturation over the lees for a few months, according to the decisions of the oenologist. Clarification and filtration.
Who made it?
Domaine Alain Geoffroy, located in The village of Beine, near Chablis, produces, harvests and sells white and red wines made from Chardonnay or Pinot Noir grapes. Honoré Geoffroy developed the vineyards over the villages of Beine and La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, around 1850. Alain Geoffroy expanded the property and took it to the level of an Estate. A worthy heir to previous generations, he commited to keeping the traditional family character. Today they have 50 hectares of vineyards throughout the Chablis region, including several parcels of 1er Cru vines. The wines of Alain Geoffroy are immediately recognisable by their finesse, their minerality and their long and detailed finish.
