Balancing out crisp, apple juice flavour with just a hint of toast, this is your natural aperitif fizz - light on the winemaking edifice so you can slam it down fast.

No details supplied so the vintage base is unknown other than a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay. However, it is fresh with lemon blossom and zest meeting up with some crisp apple. Not overly complex but hits the spot at this price point.

Yarra Burn Sparkling Premium Cuvée is blended from select parcels of classic sparkling varieties sourced from premium Victorian vineyards. A pre-dominance of cool-climate fruit ensures elegance of structure and longevity. Coupled with extended maturation, the wine displays great depth.
Who made it?
Altitude and style define the very essence of Yarra Burn wines. It is on the steep slopes of the Yarra Valley that the Yarra Burn wines begin, with every hillside offering its own nuances of style and character. Grape varieties are matched to their ideal conditions, then tended with vigilance and precision, creating intensely flavoured fruit of rich complexity.
