The Patriarch label comes from the huge Cumulus Estate operation in Orange, an operation which - just quietly - can deliver some really delicious wines.
This frisky sparkling is a refreshing number too. It's light, fresh and zesty with a layer of leesy weight through the middle too.

How's it taste?
Aromas of fresh peach, strawberries and cream, and brioche. It has a lovely well-weighted palate of strawberry, citrus flavours and lemon acidity leading to a crisp finish.

Straw in colour with a faint salmon hue, this elegant sparkling shows an attractive nose of fresh peach, strawberries and cream, and brioche. It has a lovely well-weighted palate of strawberry, citrus flavours and lemon acidity leading to a crisp finish. A blend of 56% Chardonnay 30% Pinot Noir 14% Pinot Meunier.
