You want lavish flavours? You got it. This is so dense and chocolatey and thick, the oak giving lovely mocha flavour and then a massively concentrated palate that showcases the ancient grapevines.

How's it taste?
Deep rich in colour with sweet ripe fruit and hints of oak on the nose. The palate has all the depth and structure of a premium Barossa Shiraz with good concentration of flavour and overall balance.
How was it made?
Made exclusively by Colin Glaetzer from ancient Barossa Valley Shiraz vines, matured in a mix of new and old barrels and made for extended ageing.
