This is clear for what it is. From the Watervale district, this finely scented riesling shows lemon peel, lime sorbet, fresh apple and white floral characters on the nose, leading to vibrant palate that is juicy and bright. The wine offers elegant fruit intensity backed by fine texture and linear mouthfeel, finishing persistent and delightful. At its best: 2020 to 2028.

How's it taste?
Intensely varietal with fragrant aromas of ripe lime and orange blossom which appear to jump from the glass. The palate is rich and ripe with an exceptional depth of flavour supported by lively acidity which contributes to the overall balance and length.

A light fresh palate and limey, mineral acidity this is the perfect drink to pair with a green mango salad.
